About the role

The Integrated Marketing Manager leads the planning, execution, and performance of integrated marketing initiatives across multiple client accounts. This role serves as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring marketing strategies are effectively executed through creative campaigns, digital marketing, public relations, media relations, content development, and event coordination.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the execution of multiple client campaigns simultaneously, directing tasks and priorities across creative, digital, and account services.
  • Serve as a day-to-day point of contact for assigned client accounts, building strong relationships and ensuring client goals stay at the center of every deliverable.
  • Support public relations efforts including press releases, media pitching, and coverage tracking on behalf of clients and the agency.
  • Plan and support client and agency events from concept through execution, including logistics, promotion, and on-site coordination.
  • Manage project timelines across accounts, ensuring milestones and deliverables are tracked, communicated, and met.
  • Develop and maintain media relationships, identifying earned media opportunities and coordinating interviews, features, and placements.
  • Develop content across channels, including copywriting, social media, email, and campaign assets, and oversee scheduling and publishing.
  • Analyze campaign performance and deliver reports with insights and recommendations that help clients and internal stakeholders make informed decisions.
  • Lead client and internal meetings, setting agendas, capturing action items, and driving follow-through.
  • Review deliverables for brand consistency, accuracy, and adherence to client guidelines before approval or publication.
  • Identify project risks, timeline conflicts, or resource gaps early and drive solutions.
  • Take on additional responsibilities based on individual experience, skill set, and areas of strength; at an agency, there's always room to contribute beyond the job description, and we welcome team members who bring unique capabilities to the table.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field required.
  • 5+ years of experience in a marketing, communications, or public relations role (agency experience strongly preferred).
