Integrated Demand Marketing Manager

About the role

Hiper is hiring an Integrated Demand Marketing Manager to help build and operate demand engines for B2B technology companies. You'll work directly with customers and alongside the Hiper team to launch, manage, and optimize integrated demand generation programs.

What You'll Do

• Partner directly with customers to understand goals, target audiences, and marketing priorities.
• Manage integrated demand generation programs across paid media, newsletters, communities, search, social, webinars, and content promotion.
• Cook up campaign execution with internal team members and external partners.
• Maintain performance and recommend optimizations to improve pipeline generation.
• Use AI to streamline execution and continuously improve workflows.
• Keep projects organized, on schedule, and aligned with customer objectives.

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in B2B technology marketing, demand generation, integrated marketing, or campaign management.
• Experience working with SaaS or enterprise technology companies.
• A strong understanding of how modern B2B demand generation programs are planned and executed.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Comfortable working directly with customers and cross-functional teams.
• Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Excited to work in a startup environment where AI is central to how work gets done.
