About the role

The Integrated Customer Services Specialist is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to bank customers through various channels including phone, email, and in-person visits. This role requires strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming customer inquiries and requests via phone, email, and in-person visits.
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints effectively and efficiently.
  • Process transactions and provide accurate financial advice to customers.
  • Update customer records and maintain accurate data management systems.
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance customer service skills and product knowledge.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Qualifications
