About the role
The Integrated Customer Services Specialist is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to bank customers through various channels including phone, email, and in-person visits. This role requires strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer inquiries and requests via phone, email, and in-person visits.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints effectively and efficiently.
- Process transactions and provide accurate financial advice to customers.
- Update customer records and maintain accurate data management systems.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance customer service skills and product knowledge.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
