Integrated Construction Coordinator - Data Center Construction

Mortenson is currently seeking a Construction Coordinator with the ability to interact with a variety of staff at all levels in an ever-changing environment, remaining flexible, resourceful, proactive, and efficient with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality. Responsibilities

• Collect and organize punch lists, inventory, work production plans for easy retrieval and documenting
• Process invoices and billing under the supervision of project manager and/or project accountant
• Train in new project admins/clerks
• Perform basic inventory control under the direction of project management staff
• Assist with record retention and document controls
• Perform basic field quality and safety inspections
• Document conformance to plans and specs
• Recommend potential solutions
• Promote Mortenson’s safety culture
• Effectively work and build relationships with those of diverse backgrounds and organizational levels
• All other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience on a construction job site preferred
• Strong Microsoft Office and internet skills
• Ability to learn and utilize different types of computer software used in Construction Management to support any aspect of a construction project
• Ability to effectively communicate, both written and verbally
• Ability to effectively handle detailed information and meet deadlines
• Ability to multitask
• Active listening skills and effective communication including an openness to diverse input and feedback
• Ability to travel up to 100%

Pay

Integrated Construction Coordinator I: base pay range $76,600 MIN – $95,800 MAX (actual range higher for Denver, CO and Chicago, IL – 5%; Seattle, WA, and Portland, OR – 10%; Washington, D.C. – 12.5%). Integrated Construction Coordinator II: base pay range $89,500 MIN – $120,800 MAX (same location adjustments apply). Base pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual’s knowledge, skills, and experience, with consideration given to internal equity.
