About the Role
The Senior Manager of Integration Task Force is responsible for the integration activities related to M&A transactions, including all complying activities under US GAAP and IFRS GAAP. This role supports the Head of Administration in preliminary studies on M&A projects and related VDR documents, and supports External Auditors and External Advisors in all activities related to acquisitions and sales of Brownfield/Greenfield Project companies.
What You'll Do
- Review M&A transactions and VDR documents, preparing executive reports on main issues for each transaction
- Oversee the impairment process, including identifying trigger events, periodically reviewing useful life of assets, and identifying issues related to possible repowering processes
- Review in detail PTC/ITC, NOLs, Tax partnerships, Governance, and PPAs accounting for all companies in ENA consolidation scope
- Support IFR, External Audit, External Advisor, and Internal Audit activities
- Perform doublechecking activities throughout the development of a specific dashboard using Smartview
- Review accounting principles under GAAP analysis (IFRS and USGAAP) and prepare specific reconciliations for annual and half-year closings
- Oversee proper management of adjustments from US GAAP Audits and their relevance for IFRS GAAP recognition
- Prepare executive summaries of main transactions impacting the Cash Flow statements of ENA Consolidated FSs
- Doublecheck equity movements and PTC/ITC NOLs and PPAs accounting for each closing period
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Economics, or related discipline
- 6+ years of relevant work experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred but not required
- Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP (FI-CO module)
- Experience with consolidation tools, preferably Oracle/Smartview
- Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS)
- Knowledge of Renewable Energy Industry (e.g., tax partnership reporting) preferred
- Highly developed business acumen
- Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Office: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint; AI tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to effectively support and work with people from different disciplines
- Superior organizational skills and detail orientation to ensure accuracy and quality
- Strong external client-facing and internal communication skills
- Adaptability and flexibility to manage deadline pressure, ambiguity, and change
- Experience working in a multicultural environment preferred
- Up to 10% domestic travel and 10% international travel

Pay
The pay range for this position is $122,700.00 to $184,000.00 annually. Base pay actually offered will be based on several factors, including job-related knowledge, skills, work experience, education, and internal equity.
