Responsibilities

• Lead intake assessments, diagnostic evaluations, and treatment planning that set clients on a path toward meaningful progress.
• Deliver case management, crisis support, and clinical screenings that ensure timely, responsive care for urgent needs.
• Maintain high-quality, timely documentation while balancing productivity and exceptional client care.
• Partner with multidisciplinary teams to deliver coordinated, family-centered care that strengthens outcomes.
• Contribute to outreach, supervision, training, and team collaboration in a mission-driven environment that values growth and service.

Requirements

• Registered AMFT, ACSW, or APCC; Master’s degree and BBS registration required.
• Experience working with children and families in assessment, treatment planning, and crisis intervention.
• Strong clinical writing, communication, and documentation skills.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred; knowledge of L.A. County DMH is a plus.
• Preferred: completed or near completion of BBS hours.
• Valid California driver's license.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• Unlicensed Therapist: $72,500 - $77,500/annually
• Licensed Therapist: $78,500 - $83,500/annually
• Bilingual Spanish Stipend: $5,000
• Geographical Stipend: $3,000

Skills

• Registered AMFT, ACSW, or APCC
• Master’s degree and BBS registration
• Experience working with children and families
