About the role
The Intake Specialist is responsible for providing initial support to clients seeking services at the West Palm Beach location. This includes answering inquiries, scheduling appointments, and ensuring that all client needs are met promptly.
Responsibilities
- Answering client inquiries via phone and email
- Scheduling appointments and managing client calendars
- Assisting clients with intake paperwork and referrals
- Maintaining confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- At least 1 year of customer service experience
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
