Intake Specialist

About the role

Valiente Mott Injury Attorneys is looking for a motivated, self-starter for our Las Vegas office to join our intake team. The position's focus is to confidently present clear service information to potential clients with the goal of encouraging the decision to hire our firm. This requires strong communication skills both via phone, text, chat, and email, data entry, and other tasks related to potential case intake.

Our Intake Specialists possess qualities that build relationships and are customer/client focused. They serve our potential clients and answer their inquiries. They are compassionate, understanding, and patient. We are looking for an individual who is outgoing, focused, and able to manage a high volume and time-sensitive workflow effectively and efficiently. The position requires one to work both independently and within a team environment. This is a position for someone who is looking for a long-term commitment with opportunities to grow.

Requirements

• Plaintiff personal injury experience
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Organized, able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred)
