Remote Data Entry Specialist Pay: $17.50/hour Schedule: Monday–Friday, Full-Time Duration: 6-month contract with strong potential to extend Location: Fully Remote Job Overview We are seeking detail-oriented individuals to support a healthcare operations team processing incoming medical faxes. You will review digital faxes, locate required patient information, and accurately enter the data into an online healthcare portal. This is a high-volume, accuracy-focused role where attention to detail is critical. Medical or healthcare experience is a plus, but not required. Responsibilities Review incoming medical faxes and clinical documentationLocate patient information and enter data into the appropriate systemPerform high-volume data entry and copy/pasteMaintain strict confidentiality of patient informationMeet established productivity and accuracy expectations Qualifications Typing speed of 40–60 WPM (Test Required)Minimum 95% accuracyStrong attention to detailComfortable with repetitive, high-volume computer workHealthcare/medical experience preferred, but not requiredMac experience strongly preferred Remote Work Requirements Must remain on camera during working hours, excluding breaks and lunchReliable internet with minimum 50 Mbps upload and download speedsDedicated, secure workspace with a desk/table and chairComputer screen cannot face a window or be visible to othersMust be able to work without primary caregiving responsibilities during scheduled hours Candidates must also successfully complete required background and CORI checks.
