Ohel's Access/Intake department is a single point of entry for those seeking the many services and resources available through Ohel. The Access department provides accessibility, relevant information and immediate linkage to Ohel's breadth of services.

Responsibilities

• Providing services to inquiries that come through the Access department
• Coordinating with various departments throughout the agency
• Processing referrals in the centralized database
• Following up with appropriate services
• Obtaining and reviewing applicant information
• Participating in both in-reach and outreach services

Requirements

• Excellent customer service skills
• Interpersonal skills
• Clinical sophistication
• Proficient computer skills
• BA/BS preferred
• Bilingual a plus
