About the Opportunity
The Intake Specialist serves as the initial point of contact for potential clients, playing a key role in evaluating new cases and building trust. This position is responsible for guiding individuals through the intake process, ensuring they feel supported, and helping convert inquiries into signed clients in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
Responsibilities
- Respond to incoming calls and inquiries from prospective clients
- Gather and document case details accurately
- Evaluate potential cases for suitability and viability
- Support callers to feel heard and confident about next steps
- Guide prospective clients through the sign-up process
- Build rapport and convert qualified leads into signed clients
- Use consultative sales techniques to meet performance goals
- Collaborate with intake management on case evaluation decisions
- Maintain communication and relationships with clients and internal teams
- Enter and maintain data in the case management system
- Organize client documents and information
- Perform additional tasks as assigned
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, call center, or customer service
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to balance empathy with persuasive communication
- Comfortable with goal-driven, performance-based work
- Capable of multitasking while typing at 40+ WPM
- Highly organized with attention to detail
- Available to work evenings, weekends, and flexible hours
- High School Diploma or GED required
Preferred: Bilingual in English and Spanish
Preferred: Experience in legal intake or personal injury

- Ability to sit for extended periods, use hands for computer work including repetitive motions
