Responsibilities

• Conduct intake, screening, and triage for callers seeking services
• Assess client needs and connect them with appropriate programs and resources
• Prioritize cases based on urgency and available resources
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and referrals
• Serve as a compassionate first point of contact for older adults and their families

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in social work or human services (required)
• 2+ years of experience in social work or human services (required)
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
• 45+ WPM typing speed (required)
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel (required)
