About the role
This position is responsible for scheduling new clients to the Lakeland Mental Health Center, including gathering data/records, verifying insurance benefits, prioritizing and coordinating assessments, triaging emergencies, and establishing rapport with clients/referral agencies.

Requirements
- Associates degree or equivalent from a technical college
- 2 years related experience
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks
- Knowledge of insurance verification processes
