Intake Specialist

About the role

• Greet customers in person and by phone
• Direct customers to appropriate services in person and by phone
• Schedule meetings
• Data entry
• Provide administrative assistance to staff as needed

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s degree preferred
• Professional demeanor and customer‑service friendly attitude
• Bilingual ability to speak and read in English; bilingual Spanish speaking highly desired
• Experience in workforce development, recruitment, or customer service is a plus
• Strong computer literacy and data‑entry skills
• Experience working with CRM systems highly desired
• Experience with virtual meeting platforms (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams) is a plus
