Intake Document Processor
Onsite in Sacramento, CA – Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm.
About the role
We’re hiring Intake Document Processors for our Litigation Management Services Team. You’ll work directly with Customer Service Representatives and vendors across the country, prepping and indexing legal documents. Our Intake Document Processors are empowered to solve customer inquiries and problems quickly and professionally. We provide the training, mentorship, and opportunities for growth.
Responsibilities
- Reviewing and preparing legal documents
- Completing data entry of customer information
- Taking documents and scanning them into the internal database
- Problem-solving issues related to customers and documentation
- Providing excellent customer service to internal and external customers
- Electronic filing and retrieval of documents
Requirements
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail
- Strong comprehension and critical thinking skills
- Superb organizational and time management skills
- Ability to navigate quickly across multiple systems
- Strong computer skills
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs unassisted
- Eligibility to work without sponsorship
Preferred Qualifications
- Transactional or administrative experience (reviewing and evaluating documents)
- Business-to-business customer service experience
- Legal compliance experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
Pay
A reasonable estimate of the current range is $40,000–$42,000.
