Intake Coordinator RN - Full Time

About the Role

We are seeking a full-time Intake Coordinator RN to perform initial medical screening assessments and coordinate patient care within a psychiatric hospital setting.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate incoming patients through initial medical screening assessments
• Collaborate with medical staff to determine appropriate care plans
• Direct patients to the appropriate levels of care

Requirements

• Active RN License in California
• At least one year of clinical experience in mental health or psychiatric settings
• Current CPR/AED certification
• Completion of CPI training
• Flexibility for overtime

Qualifications

Preferred candidates have:

• An associate’s or bachelor’s degree in nursing, or
• A master’s degree in social work, psychology, or related fields
