For over 60 years, Calvary Healing Center has provided a full continuum of care, specializing in addiction treatment for adults across the Phoenix area and nationwide. Calvary’s proven treatment programs address the practical, physical, and spiritual aspects of addiction for lasting recovery. Our flagship location in Phoenix offers on-site detoxification and inpatient treatment programs, a partial hospitalization program (PHP), and an intensive outpatient program (IOP). We also have a satellite clinic offering Intensive Outpatient Programs in the West Valley region and Metropolitan Phoenix. Responsibilities

• Facilitate the admission process for prospective patients
• Manage incoming referrals and coordinate assessments and admissions
• Complete required admission documentation
• Collaborate with patients, families, providers, and community partners to support timely and appropriate placement

The Intake Coordinator works under the direction of the Intake Director.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age, without a professional licensure
• High school diploma or GED required
• Bachelor’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, or Human Services field preferred, or 1 year of experience in a related field
• Valid Fingerprint Clearance Card
• Completion of BLS and First Aid Certification within 30 days of employment
• Completion of the Verbal De-Escalation training within 30 days of employment
