Intake Coordinator IPF PRN
Job Summary and Qualifications
As an Intake Assessment Coordinator, you will, in conjunction with the Program Director, coordinate the pre-admission assessment process and provide clinical assessments for potential patients. You will also assist with community education and participate in community events such as health fairs.
You will complete assessments in a timely manner, demonstrate a thorough knowledge of work practices, ensure patient rights and confidentiality, and provide on and off-site clinical assessments for potential patients to the program.
Qualifications
- RN Diploma, or Associates degree in nursing or in a related mental health field
- 1-3 years’ experience in a behavioral healthcare setting performing clinical assessments or in a clinical treatment setting (preferred)
- Active License as a Registered Nurse in Nevada or as an LCSW or a LFT or a LPC or a Mental Health Counselor Intern or a LMSW or a Clinical Social Worker
- BCLS certification required
- CPI certification within 30 days of hire
