About the Role
As an Intake Assessment Coordinator, you will coordinate the pre-admission assessment process and provide clinical assessments for potential patients in conjunction with the Program Director. You will assist with community education on clinical issues, participate in community events such as health fairs, complete assessments in a timely manner, ensure patient rights and confidentiality, and provide on- and off-site clinical assessments for potential patients.
Qualifications
- RN Diploma or Associate’s degree in nursing or a related mental health field
- 1-3 years’ experience in a behavioral healthcare setting performing clinical assessments or in a clinical treatment setting (preferred)
- Active license as a Registered Nurse in Nevada, or as an LCSW, LFT, LPC, Mental Health Counselor Intern, LMSW, or Clinical Social Worker
- BCLS certification (required)
- CPI certification (within 30 days of hire)
