Intake Coordinator/Call Center Specialist - Saturday and Sunday - 12 p.m. - 8 p.m. (Non-Remote)
Rivendell Behavioral Health Services is an 80-bed full-service behavioral healthcare acute care facility in Benton, AR, providing quality mental health and addiction treatment since 1985. Responsibilities
- Answer phones and collect demographic information for patient assessments.
- Coordinate and process patient documents and paperwork for transfers.
- Ensure all required information is accurately documented in multiple information system programs.
- Assist the Mobile Assessment Team Evaluator with commitment processes, paperwork, and transfers as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in nursing, social work, counseling, or counseling psychology from an accredited university.
- Basic knowledge of educational, psychological, and social service systems related to special education and behavior treatment preferred.
- Current CPR or BLS certification (offered at facility).
- Current Handle with Care training and Verbal De-escalation training (offered at facility).
- Ability to work collaboratively with patients, families, visitors, and staff while treating all patients with respect.
Experience Preferred: 1-3 years of related experience, with knowledge of crisis intervention, risk assessment, psychiatric diagnoses, chemical dependency, age-specific growth and development, and behavior management.
