Responsibilities
- Welcome clients and respond to intake inquiries in a courteous, timely, and detail-focused manner.
- Guide individuals through application and enrollment steps, explaining required information and next actions clearly.
- Review submitted forms for completeness and follow up to obtain missing details or documentation.
- Enter, update, and organize client information within internal records and tracking systems with accuracy.
- Cook up appointments, referrals, and related communications to help ensure a smooth intake experience.
- Maintain confidential files and handle sensitive information in accordance with organizational standards.
- Work closely with program staff to share intake updates and support efficient client onboarding.
- Aid with general administrative tasks such as preparing documents, managing correspondence, and organizing intake materials.
Requirements
- Previous experience in client intake, customer service, or an administrative support role.
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients, staff, and community contacts.
- Strong organizational skills with careful attention to accuracy and follow-through.
- Experience handling applications, forms, or client documentation in a detail-oriented setting.
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities while providing responsive service in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with basic office software and data entry systems.
- Ability to maintain discretion when working with confidential or sensitive information.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Some college coursework or relevant work experience preferred.
