Intake Coordinator
The Intake Coordinator plays a key data entry and coordination role in the patient access process. By accurately and promptly reviewing referral information and entering patient details into required systems, this role ensures that patients, providers, and internal teams have the information needed to support ongoing care and access.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- One to two years of data entry experience preferred.
Pay
The expected salary range for this position is $20 to $26 per hour; actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
