The Intake Coordinator is responsible for managing the initial client intake process, ensuring all necessary documentation is collected and submitted in a timely manner.
Responsibilities
- Manage the initial client intake process, including scheduling appointments and coordinating with clients.
- Ensure all necessary documentation is collected and submitted in a timely manner.
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
- Handle inquiries from clients and staff regarding the intake process.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Qualifications
- Experience in a similar role preferred.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations.
Skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
- Proficiency in using CRM software.
