About the role

You will play a pivotal role in connecting individuals with life-changing behavioral health services as an Intake Call Center Representative.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls, conducting initial screenings and assessments to gather vital information.
- Provide compassionate support to individuals in crisis, offering appropriate resources and referrals.
- Utilize your knowledge of behavioral health programs to guide clients to the right level of care.
- Maintain accurate documentation of client information and ensure compliance with privacy regulations.
- Collaborate with a diverse team to ensure seamless transitions and continuity of care.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in psychology or related field preferred).
- 1–2 years of call center or customer service experience, ideally in behavioral health or healthcare.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to show empathy and patience.
- Familiarity with behavioral health terminology and available community resources.
- Proficient in using computer systems, including Microsoft Office.

Pay
The hourly compensation range for this role is $19 – $21. Actual compensation may vary based on licensure, experience, market-driven enhancements, and incentive opportunities.
