Intake Call Center - Behavioral Health

Department: Behavioral Health - Call Center (High Volume)
Schedule: Per Diem, Days, 7:00 am to 7:30 pm (Must work 4 shifts per month)
Facility: Saint Mary of Nazareth Hospital
Location: 2233 W. Division St. Chicago, IL

Responsibilities

• Answers inquiry calls from all persons with regard to information about hospital services and programs.
• Facilitates the admissions, also verifies insurance information and performs all registration duties.

Qualifications

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING

• Associate's Degree in Human Services field preferred.
• Two (2) years' experience working with psychiatric population preferred.
• Three (3) years' experience in customer service required.

Pay

Saint Mary of Nazareth Hospital offers competitive compensation and a reasonable compensation estimate for this role is $21.01. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
