About the role

Answers inquiry calls from all persons with regard to information about hospital services and programs. Facilitates the admissions, also verifies insurance information and performs all registration duties.

Responsibilities

• Answer inquiry calls from all persons with regard to information about hospital services and programs.
• Facilitates the admissions process.
• Verifies insurance information.
• Performs all registration duties.

Requirements

• Associate’s Degree in Human Services field preferred.
• Two (2) years’ experience working with psychiatric population preferred.
• Three (3) years’ experience in customer service required.

Qualifications

• Must work 4 shifts per month.
• Shifts are scheduled between 7p-7a.

Skills

• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to handle stressful situations.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and procedures.

Pay
