Intake Assessment Representative - Outpatient Behavioral Health (Mat Su)

About the role

Description patient screening and evaluation to determine suitability for assessment screenings and psychiatric diagnostic interviews within the Providence Behavioral Medicine Group. Provides referrals to appropriate treatment resources when services are not the right fit. Ensures delivery of accessible, high-quality, and cost-effective behavioral health care that meets the needs of those we serve.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Public Health, or related Behavioral Health discipline.
• Assessment and/or crisis intervention experience.
