Intake Assessment Clerk

Pay

Up to $23/hour depending on experience plus premium shift differentials for overnight and weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the process of receiving, scheduling, and/or referring incoming patients and inquiry calls.
• Support other Intake Counselors, Clerks, and the Director by coordinating assessments, initiating vital signs, conducting safety checks, performing wand and belongings searches, and providing care and comfort to patients during the admission process.
• Work with Admission Coordinators to ensure a smooth transition of patients into the hospital.
