About the Role
Under general direction, provides supervision to assigned staff. Coordinates day-to-day workflow of intake and assessment administrative staff with goal of meeting Intake and Assessment requirements and department's objectives.
Responsibilities
- Interview, train, schedule, supervise and evaluate performance of assigned staff
- Provide necessary staff support when required by vacancies/scheduling/work flow
- Monitor staff workload; coordinate completion of required assignments; monitor whether staff are meeting requirements
- Research, gather, analyze and report statistical data
- Provide technical support to staff, as required
- Support Intake and Assessment Administrative Support team with workflow and day-to-day tasks
- Responsible for overseeing administrative staff in Early Start and Over 3/Lanterman Intake and Assessment
- Ensure data entries are accurate in SANDIS and Intake Engine
- Responsible for overseeing implementation of new software for the intake and assessment team
- Safeguarding client records and ensuring that everyone complies with the HIPAA rules and regulations
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Qualifications
- BA/BS Degree in human services or related field OR BA/BS in an unrelated human services field plus 2 years of experience providing similar functions in a human services agency
- Experience with staff supervision including performance evaluation preferred
- Fluency in English and one of the following languages preferred: Spanish, Korean, Tagalog, Vietnamese, Cantonese or Mandarin
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel
- Preferred certifications: Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS): Excel Expert and Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS): Word Expert
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrate cultural awareness and sensitivity and an ability to work effectively with culturally diverse populations
- Demonstrated ability to analyze, plan, and coordinate workflow
Salary
Non-Bilingual: $3,012.59 - $4,450.97 Bi-weekly ($78,327.34 - $115,725.15 Annual) | Bilingual: $3,132.59 - $4,570.97 Bi-weekly ($81,447.34 - $118,845.15 Annual)
