Intact Family Specialist- Hybrid

About the role

The Intact Family Specialist is responsible for providing support to families experiencing challenges related to child welfare and family preservation.

Responsibilities

• Provide counseling and support services to families facing various challenges.
• Collaborate with other professionals to develop and implement family preservation plans.
• Assess family needs and provide appropriate interventions.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in family support or counseling.
• Licensure as a Social Worker or equivalent certification.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

$40,000 - $50,000 annually.

Schedule

Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
