Insured subcontractors needed immediately. Must provide a general liability certificate and a worker’s compensation certificate or exemption.
About the role
- Work with a large client list (20 or more active projects at a time), primarily insurance claims.
- Consistent influx of new projects; paid in draws per project.
- Job values range from $1k to $100k.
- Most projects involve sheetrock, paint, trim, subfloor, flooring (carpet, LVP, sheet goods, tile), cabinet and vanity installations, and minor plumbing repairs.
- Occasional framing and roofing work.
Requirements
- Reliable transportation and all necessary tools to complete site work.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously is a plus but not required.
- Experience in multiple trades is a plus but not required.
