Insurance Subrogation Attorney

About the role

We are looking for an Associate Attorney to join our team in our Westwood office. The ideal hire will have at least 4 years of consistent civil litigation experience and must be admitted to practice law in California. Since our firm specializes in insurance subrogation (plaintiff work) and much of the work is pre-litigation, this role offers more control over your schedule. No subrogation experience is required; we provide training.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary handling attorney on your cases within a supportive and team-oriented environment.
• Handle court appearances, written discovery, depositions, mediations, and pre-trial preparation.
• Participate in trials.
• Provide timely updates and reports to clients.

Requirements

• 4+ years of civil litigation experience.
• Active admission to the California state bar.
• JD from an accredited law school.
