Essential Job Duties

• Support coordination and tracking of insurance policies, endorsements, and renewals across MAC/MGCs.
• Affiliate in the preparation and follow-up of annual insurance renewals, including gathering underwriting information from MAC/MGCs.
• Cook with brokers and carriers on policy updates, endorsements, and documentation.
• Review insurance documentation to ensure accuracy of policy details, including named insureds and coverage alignment.
• Affiliate with issuance and tracking of Certificates/Evidence of Insurance (COIs).
• Support insurance audits (operational/coordination aspects) and follow up on required documentation.
• Maintain organized tracking of policies, endorsements, and insurance records to ensure timely updates and accessibility.
• Follow up with internal teams and MGCs to ensure timely completion of insurance-related requests and documentation.
• Support the department on insurance-related activities and special projects, including coordination with internal teams and basic review of insurance-related data for accuracy, while maintaining flexibility across cross-functional tasks.

Minimum Education Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in insurance or business-related fields or equivalent experience.

Minimum Experience and Capability Requirements

• Minimum three years’ experience dealing with property, casualty insurance, and with brokers and insurance companies.
• Must have the ability to work with deadlines and work in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
• Requires excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Requires excellent Microsoft Excel and Word skills.
• Ability to work independently with a high level of accountability in a structured environment.
• Experience in a brokerage, carrier, or corporate insurance environment strongly preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes are essential.
