Responsibilities
- Quote and sell personal lines insurance (home, auto, renters, etc.)
- Follow up on inbound leads and generate new opportunities
- Build relationships with clients and provide coverage guidance
- Cross-sell and round out accounts
- Track activity and hit production goals
- Continuously improve sales skills and product knowledge
Requirements
- Prior sales or customer service experience preferred
- Experience quoting and selling personal lines (home, auto, renters) is a strong plus
- Strong communication and follow-up skills
- Competitive mindset with a desire to improve
- Coachable and open to feedback
- Self-motivated with strong work ethic
- Ability to stay organized and manage pipeline
Qualifications
- This is a performance-driven sales role with strong support, hands-on training, and real income potential
- Your base salary is designed to support you while you ramp up. As your production grows, your income shifts toward commission—giving you unlimited earning potential
- Hybrid Work Schedule: This role begins in-office for training and onboarding (first 60–90 days). After training, team members earn a hybrid schedule based on performance, typically working 2–3 days per week from home. Remote flexibility increases with consistent production

Compensation: $40,000–$55,000 base salary + uncapped commission
First-year earnings typically range from $60,000–$90,000+, with top performers exceeding $100K+
Salary Range: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
Annual Base Salary + Commission + Bonus Opportunities
