Insurance Sales Representative (D2D | Full Cycle)

Overview

Jason Cassidy Insurance Agency Inc are seeking a highly motivated, results-driven Marketing & Advertising Sales Representative to join their growing team. This is a full-cycle, in-market, door-to-door sales role focused on generating new business, building strong client relationships, and delivering tailored marketing and advertising solutions within the insurance industry.

What You’ll Do

• Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
• Conduct needs assessments and present customized proposals
• Track activity, pipeline, and performance metrics consistently
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful campaign execution

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and approach new prospects daily in assigned territories
• Deliver compelling sales presentations that drive conversion
• Negotiate and close deals efficiently
• Maintain a high level of activity (appointments, presentations, and follow-ups)
• Stay informed on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions
• Represent the brand professionally in all client interactions

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in marketing, advertising, or media sales (preferred but not required)
• Background in door-to-door or direct sales is a strong plus
• Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tracking tools
