Insurance Sales Representative
The Role
The Raquel Hardy Farmers Agency is seeking energetic, competitive, goal-oriented, and sales-minded individuals to join their team. Ideal candidates should have at least 5+ years of insurance sales experience, an active General Lines Property and Casualty Insurance License in Texas, and a successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas.
Responsibilities
- Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.
- Offer and bundle products and close a high percentage of the given leads.
- Secure all trailing documents from customers.
- Handle all incoming calls from customers and follow-up.
- Complete evidence of insurance requests.
- Document each customer contact into data.
- Ask each customer for referrals and explain the referral program.
- Thoroughly understand and follow all underwriting, rating, and compliance requirements.
- Maintain knowledge of new products and services.
- Use creativity to engage clients and renew policies while asking for referrals.
- Call ALL of the leads provided and ask for more.
Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years Insurance Sales experience
- Active General Lines Property and Casualty Insurance License in Texas
- Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
- Bilingual Spanish / English is preferred but not required
- Farmers Insurance experience is preferred but not required
