About the Role

As an Insurance Sales Producer, you’ll build and manage a book of business by selling personal and commercial insurance policies to new and existing clients. This is a sales‑focused, client‑facing role ideal for someone who thrives on generating new business and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and generate new leads through referrals, networking, and marketing efforts.
• Build relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs.
• Present and sell insurance products from multiple carriers.
• Cross‑sell and upsell to maximize policy retention and account growth.
• Provide ongoing service and support to maintain strong client relationships.
• Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales goals.

Requirements

• Licensed P&C sales agent with some sales experience strongly preferred; non‑licensed candidates with strong sales experience are also encouraged to apply.
• Proven track record in sales, customer service, or a related field.
• Self‑starter with strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, goal‑driven environment.
• Must be able to work in‑office in Cape Coral, FL.
