Insurance Sales Producer � Brightway, Miami Lakes | Remote

About the role

This fully remote opportunity is with a Brightway-affiliated agency serving the Miami Lakes, FL market. We're looking for a licensed producer who can sell effectively without an office around them you'll still have full access to Brightway's carrier network and agency support.

Responsibilities

• Sell personal lines coverage (auto, home, life) to new and existing clients
• Match customers with the right coverage through a consultative approach
• Work inbound leads provided by the agency through to close
• Own your monthly sales targets in a remote, performance-based setup

Requirements

• Active P&C insurance license
• 13 years in insurance or sales preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication for remote client work
• Disciplined and self-motivated this is a remote role with real accountability
