What You'll Do Learn and apply consultative insurance sales techniquesContact and follow up with leads provided by the agencyIdentify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutionsDevelop relationships with prospective and existing customersAssist customers with Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial InsuranceLearn insurance products, coverage options, and underwriting guidelinesMaintain accurate customer and prospect recordsFollow up consistently to move prospects through the sales processParticipate in sales training, coaching, and team meetingsWork toward individual sales and production goals What We're Looking For Previous sales, customer-facing, hospitality, retail, or service experience preferredInsurance experience helpful but not requiredHigh school diploma or equivalentStrong communication and interpersonal skillsCompetitive, motivated, and goal-orientedComfortable making outbound calls and talking with prospective customersStrong follow-up and organizational skillsPositive attitude and willingness to be coachedMust be willing to obtain the appropriate Florida insurance license Why Brightway?
