Insurance Sales Producer Agency Ownership Track

About the role

This opportunity is designed for a motivated P&C licensed producer who wants to grow inside a successful agency environment, receive hands-on coaching, and build toward future agency leadership or ownership opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Sell personal lines, commercial lines, life, and other Farmers products as appropriate
• Build and manage a local prospect pipeline
• Conduct policy reviews and follow-up with clients
• Learn agency operations, service standards, retention, and cross-selling
• Participate in district training, sales coaching, and agency development activities
• Represent the agency professionally in the local community

Requirements

• Active Property & Casualty license preferred or required
• Life & Health license a plus
• Prior insurance sales experience strongly preferred
• Strong communication and follow-up skills
• Coachable, organized, and comfortable with sales activity goals
• Interest in long-term agency leadership or ownership
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
