Insurance Sales Agent - Remote

About the role
We are looking for driven, customer-focused professionals to join our inbound call center team as Senior Insurance Sales Advisors. In this remote role, you will guide customers through their insurance shopping journey—building relationships, offering advice, and closing sales. You’ll report to a Sales Team Lead and thrive in a fast-paced environment where your sales skills are rewarded.
Responsibilities
- Engage with customers and guide them through the insurance comparison and switching process
- Analyze customer insurance needs using a consultative and empathetic sales approach
- Identify up-sell and cross-sell opportunities by recognizing gaps in coverage
- Exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining accuracy and integrity of the products sold
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience selling multiple insurance products (broker or call center experience)
- Comprehensive understanding of Auto and Home Insurance products
- Active P&C or Personal Lines license (resident or non-resident); Florida and California licenses are a plus
- Technologically competent with the ability to navigate multiple systems and tools
- Reliable internet connection
Schedule
This role requires working one weekend day, with one weekday off to compensate.
