AAA Insurance Sales Agent – Swift Creek, VA (in-office)

About the role

Sell personal lines, small commercial, and life insurance products through multiple carriers to AAA’s millions of members. Build your own book of business, earn renewal income, and qualify for company-paid incentive trips. No baseline sales requirement—commission starts with the first policy sold.

Responsibilities

• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance products
• Offer personal lines, small commercial, and life insurance products
• Develop strong customer and community relationships to generate leads and referrals
• Maintain partnerships with insurance company representatives and underwriters
• Network and prospect to generate your own leads

Requirements

• 2+ years of sales experience meeting set metrics
• Proven ability to network and prospect for leads
• Must reside within commutable distance of Swift Creek, VA (in-office position)
• Must obtain Property & Casualty and Life licenses within 60 days of hire
• Ability to learn new computer programs and multi-task

Pay

Base compensation: $45,000/year (adjusted for experience and location). Uncapped commission with first-year forecasted earnings of $55,000–$70,000. Top performers qualify for exclusive annual sales trips and other incentives.
