Responsibilities
- Enforce policyholders' rights to coverage under various types of commercial insurance policies for losses and liabilities.
- Handle and manage large-scale policyholder cases across different industries.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop comprehensive legal strategies for clients.
Requirements
- At least two years of insurance policyholder experience at an AmLaw 200 law firm or policyholder boutique.
- One year of insurance policyholder experience and one year of federal judicial clerkship experience preferred.
- Excellent academic credentials with graduation from a top-tier law school.
Qualifications
- Strong academic background.
- Proven experience in insurance policyholder matters.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
