Responsibilities

  • Enforce policyholders' rights to coverage under various types of commercial insurance policies for losses and liabilities.
  • Handle and manage large-scale policyholder cases across different industries.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop comprehensive legal strategies for clients.

Requirements

  • At least two years of insurance policyholder experience at an AmLaw 200 law firm or policyholder boutique.
  • One year of insurance policyholder experience and one year of federal judicial clerkship experience preferred.
  • Excellent academic credentials with graduation from a top-tier law school.

Qualifications

  • Strong academic background.
  • Proven experience in insurance policyholder matters.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
