About the role
Ashurst Perkins Coie LLP is seeking a junior to midlevel associate to join its Insurance Recovery practice. Our Insurance Recovery practice is Chambers-ranked and our attorneys enforce policyholders' rights to coverage under almost every type of commercial insurance policy for a wide spectrum of losses and liabilities. We have handled and are handling some of the largest policyholder cases in the nation and have a busy caseload.
Responsibilities
- Enforce policyholders' rights to coverage under almost every type of commercial insurance policy for a wide spectrum of losses and liabilities
- Handle and manage a busy caseload of policyholder cases
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve successful outcomes for clients
Requirements
- At least two years of insurance policyholder experience at an AmLaw 200 law firm or policyholder boutique, or one year of insurance policyholder experience and federal judicial clerkship experience
- Excellent academic credentials including graduation from a top-tier law school
Qualifications
- Strong academic record
- Proven experience in insurance policyholder matters
- Excellent research and writing skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay
$210,000 to $390,000 annually. Compensation depends on qualifications and experience.
