Responsibilities

  • Enforce policyholders’ rights to coverage under almost every type of commercial insurance policy for a wide spectrum of losses and liabilities.
  • Handle and handle some of the largest policyholder cases in the nation.
  • Be part of a busy caseload.

Requirements

  • At least two years of insurance policyholder experience at an AmLaw 200 law firm or policyholder boutique, or one year of insurance policyholder experience and federal judicial clerkship experience.
  • Excellent academic credentials including graduation from a top-tier law school.

  • Graduation from a top-tier law school.

Skills

Pay

Compensation range: $210,000 to $390,000 annually. Compensation depends on qualifications and experience.
