Responsibilities
- Make high-volume cold calls daily to pre-qualified prospects to schedule further conversations
- Own the transaction process from end-to-end and develop your book-of-business
- Use strategic research methods to connect with clients and find opportunities to better support their insurance needs
- Collaborate with team members to refine messaging and strategies for engagement
- Engage weekly with manager to track progress and refine goals

Pay
The starting pay range for this position at the start of employment is expected to be $45,000 - $60,000/year base salary. Additionally, we offer a generous commission program for both new and renewal business. Total compensation for this position may also include equity, bonus, and employee benefits.
