Insurance Producer

About the role

We are currently partnering with a well-established and growing insurance organizations to identify talented Insurance Producers. This is a confidential search for a high-impact role focused on driving new business and building long-term client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients through networking, referrals, and outreach
• Generate new business across personal and/or commercial lines
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure retention and growth
• Assess client needs and recommend appropriate coverage solutions
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and support

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license (required)
• Proven track record in sales, business development, or insurance production
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
