About the role
The Insurance Producer is a full-time, hybrid role based in Germantown, TN, with flexibility for some work from home.
Responsibilities
- Possess skills in Insurance Sales and Insurance for personal and commercial lines, including Employee Benefits.
- Show strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively explain coverage, build trust, and support clients.
- Manage a pipeline in the agency’s CRM, follow up on leads, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate policy issuance and service.
- Provide ongoing client support, resolve coverage questions, and promote additional lines of coverage when appropriate.
Qualifications
- Relevant state insurance producer/license (or ability to obtain within a defined timeframe) is required.
- Prior experience in an insurance agency, brokerage, or related financial services environment is preferred.
- Ability to work in a hybrid setting, manage time independently, and maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Proficiency with common office software, CRM tools, and online quoting platforms is beneficial.
- Demonstrated integrity, ethical judgment, and commitment to client confidentiality.
