Responsibilities

• Dispatch directly from your home to assigned job sites, taking ownership of your daily schedule by coordinating and managing client appointments.
• Conduct both in-person and virtual audits, carefully reviewing payroll records, financial documents, and business operations data.
• Analyze information to ensure accuracy and compliance with insurance standards, while staying organized and efficient.
• Prepare detailed audit reports and supporting documentation, helping clients and internal teams rely on your work with confidence.

Requirements

Ideal candidate has experience in finance, accounting, bookkeeping, payroll, loan officer, or premium audit position. Office administration or financial analysis experience is also beneficial.

Qualifications

Open to candidates lacking experience if they hold an associate degree (or higher) in math, accounting, education, marketing, or business management.

• Proficiency with technology, computers, video conference software, and Microsoft-based programs.
• Professional attitude, team spirit, and effective verbal/written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities, stay organized, and adapt to changing priorities.

Pay

$42,000–$55,000 per year

Schedule

Full‑time opportunities with a choice of either 8 am–5 pm or 7 am–4 pm, Monday through Friday, allowing you to select a schedule that supports your lifestyle while maintaining a consistent routine.
