About the role
Work independently in the field to conduct insurance premium audits.
Responsibilities:
- Review audit requests.
- Prioritize inventory and schedule workload.
- Contact named insured to schedule appointments and conduct on-site interviews.
- Examine records and apply appropriate manual rules and classifications.
- Prepare written audit reports including data analysis, calculations, and classifications.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- A two-year degree in accounting or related subject is preferred.
- Experience in bookkeeping and payroll preparation considered.
- Commercial insurance expertise.
- Reliable transportation when travel is necessary.
